1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cricktx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the cricktx website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

cricktx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform immediately and request account closure through our support team.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on cricktx, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports), live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offerings made available from time to time. Where specific products have additional rules — for example, the casino game rules set by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, or Microgaming — those rules apply in addition to, and not in place of, these Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from any translation or interpretation, the English text shall take precedence in all circumstances.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid clause.

2. Account Registration

To access any real-money service on cricktx — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account on cricktx at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on cricktx, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cricktx is strictly an 18+ platform. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access your account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling or sports betting activities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with cricktx or any other gambling platform that extends to cricktx's services.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cricktx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before any withdrawal is processed, players are required to submit valid identity documentation. Accepted documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of residential address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within 90 days.

Additional verification may be requested at any time at our discretion, including when account activity appears unusual or inconsistent with normal usage patterns. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of a request being made may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your cricktx account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. cricktx will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately at support@cricktx.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cricktx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cricktx supports a range of local payment methods designed to offer Bangladeshi players fast, secure, and convenient access to their funds. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification in accordance with our KYC policy. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your cricktx account balance within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of your chosen financial institution.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your cricktx account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. cricktx targets a processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals once identity verification has been completed and the withdrawal request has been approved by our payments team.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending additional verification if: (a) the account's KYC documentation is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal amount exceeds the player's verified transaction history; (c) unusual account activity has been flagged for review; or (d) a bonus wagering requirement associated with the account balance has not yet been satisfied. cricktx will communicate the reason for any delay via email or live chat support.

3.3 Fees

cricktx does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. cricktx is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment providers and recommends that players review the fee schedules of their chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on cricktx, including pre-match betting, live in-play betting, and accumulator bets across all available sports markets. Sport-specific rules — covering cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports offered on the platform — are published separately within the respective sport sections of the platform and should be read in conjunction with these general betting rules.

4.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when the cricktx system has confirmed the bet placement and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. You are responsible for verifying that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where cricktx's cash-out feature is available and applicable.

4.2 Odds and Market Changes

cricktx reserves the right to suspend, remove, or amend any market or odds at any time without notice, including but not limited to: in response to breaking news affecting an event, changes in team selection or match conditions, or technical issues with data feeds. If a bet is placed at odds that are subsequently found to have been published in error due to a technical fault or human error, cricktx reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.

4.3 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the qualifying period of play is completed (as defined by the applicable sport-specific rules), all open bets on that event will be declared void and stakes returned. For cricket specifically, the qualifying period is defined as a minimum of the overs required to constitute a valid result under the relevant playing conditions (for example, 20 overs per side in a T20 match, or five overs per side in a rain-reduced game where the DLS method has been formally applied).

4.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-day basis. These limits are published within the platform and may vary by sport and market type. cricktx reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any single selection or event at our sole discretion, including in the case of accounts that have been identified as professional, syndicate, or arbitrage bettors.

5. Bonus & Promotions

cricktx offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which include wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry dates. Players must read and accept all promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash. The wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold stated in the promotion terms will not count towards wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is intended for one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. cricktx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any bonus-funded bets, and recover any winnings derived from bonus funds if there is evidence of: (a) multiple account exploitation; (b) collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially; (c) using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion; or (d) any other form of bonus abuse as determined by our risk and compliance team.

5.3 Seasonal and BPL Promotions

cricktx regularly offers enhanced promotions tied to major cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the IPL, and ICC T20 tournaments, as well as seasonal events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable for cash outside of the stated promotion terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricktx platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on cricktx is prohibited. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods but operated by the same individual.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account. Engaging in any form of financial fraud, identity fraud, or misrepresentation during the registration or KYC process.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences between cricktx and other platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome. Using cricktx's bonus offers in conjunction with lay-betting strategies to eliminate risk artificially.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit in-play betting markets without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players, whether on cricktx or externally, to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or tournament available on the platform.
• Match fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are accepted by cricktx. Such activity will be reported to the relevant sports governing body and law enforcement authorities.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of any pricing error, software bug, system glitch, or technical malfunction on the cricktx platform. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or obvious error may be voided at our discretion.
• Underage gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 18, or assisting or enabling any person under 18 to access the cricktx platform.

7. Account Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your cricktx account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@cricktx. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel gambling is becoming a problem — please inform our support team so that we can apply the appropriate self-exclusion measures and direct you to the relevant support resources via our Responsible Gaming page.

7.2 Closure by cricktx

cricktx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• The account holder has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of a formal request being made.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to close the account.

Where an account is closed by cricktx due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to retain any balance within the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any retained balance will be returned to the player promptly.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cricktx will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. The dormant account fee, where applied, will not reduce any account balance below zero.

8. Limitation of Liability

cricktx provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free, and secure operation of the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, and factors outside our direct control — including telecommunications outages across Grameenphone, Robi, or Banglalink networks, or third-party payment gateway downtime — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cricktx shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether cricktx had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cricktx's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and slot titles available on cricktx are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO. While cricktx selects providers with strong certification and fair-play credentials, we are not responsible for any technical fault, game error, disconnection, or result dispute arising from the operation of third-party game software. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes should be directed to our support team, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
